Polar Bear Plunge,Participants in an once a year polar bear plunge are taking a dip in the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis.
Saturday’s plunge raises money pro the Special Olympics Maryland.
This is the 15th once a year polar bear plunge. Since 1997 the event has raised more than $16 million pro the Special Olympics.
